Workshop Production does all the on-the-ground and in-the-room work to make workshops great!
This role owns the participant experience, physical setup, flow of the day, and support for guest stars. When Production does its job well, workshops feel smooth, engaging, safe, and intentional—not improvised or chaotic. This work requires presence, good judgment, and the ability to manage people, energy, and pacing in real time.

Workshop Operations makes sure workshops are ready before anyone shows up.
This role builds, schedules, posts, and prepares each workshop so Production can focus entirely on participants and guest stars—not missing links, broken pages, or last-minute scrambles. It’s a detail-driven, systems-oriented role that happens mostly behind the scenes, but it’s essential to whether workshops succeed.
